Error from event viewer

OK. Thanks for all your help. I suspect that your XP install isn't configured for performance data:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Perflib\009\Counter

I don't know why that is, but we will fix the failure of NSL.
